About the Founder and CEO
Jonathan Spiteri founded Strategy and Transformation Services Ltd. with a clear goal: to help organisations drive successful transformations. His approach is shaped by extensive international experience across the UK, France, Australia, Nigeria, Malta, and beyond, where he has worked with both public and private sector organisations.
Over the course of his career, Jonathan has supported transformation initiatives across a broad range of industries, including financial services, information technology, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, education, and public services. This diversity has reinforced his belief that while every organisation is different, sustainable change is always rooted in strong leadership, clear strategy, and aligned execution.
Combining strategic foresight with hands-on leadership, Jonathan has successfully established and led Strategy, Transformation, Professional Services, Project Management, Digital, and IT functions. He is known for bringing senior leadership teams together and guiding enterprise-wide transformation programmes that stay closely aligned with business priorities.
He holds top-tier professional certifications, including Axelos ProPath Portfolio Director, SAFe® 6 SPC, PMP®, Six Sigma Black Belt, and TOGAF 9.2, and earned his MBA from the University of Malta. In addition to his executive work, Jonathan is a keynote speaker, trainer, coach, and board member.
He brings not only deep expertise, but also a passion for enabling change that lasts – always driven by one mission: helping organisations turn strategy into results.
